Only hourly fees are accepted. Fees are competitive to those of other professions which provide services to the legal community. Hourly rates are the professional and ethical alternative to contingency/percentage agreements that avoid any conflict of interest to the heir searcher. Moreover, the costs to the estate are lessened and benefits received by heirs and beneficiaries are increased.
